ORDERRING:

- Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can, if the product hasn't been printed. We print each product to order and products can be printed in as little as two hours after an order has been made so the request to cancel or change needs to be done within 2 hours of an order.-

- What should I do if I've just ordered a wrong case size?

Please email us at: info@lemfindesignstudio.com with the heading: "WRONG SIZE CASE, HELP! PLEASE! "and we will try and catch your order before it goes to print.

- What should I do if I've just put a wrong address?

Please email us at: info@lemfindesignstudio.com with the heading: "WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, HELP! PLEASE! "and we will try and catch your order before it's shipped.

- Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been printed and dispatched to the shipping company, you will receive a shipping email which will contain tracking details.
