Commercial License Design (Non-exclusive)

Price: 50€- 90€ ( The price varies based on whether the file is layered or flattened )

The Non-Exclusive Commercial License grants permission solely for the creation of up to 500 units of physical products (or up to 500 square meters in the case of fabrics, textiles, or wallpapers) for sale or various commercial purposes.

 

Extended Commercial License Design (Non-exclusive)

Price: 100€ - 250€ ( The price varies based on whether the file is layered or flattened)

The Non-Exclusive Extended Commercial License provides you with the same usage rights as the Commercial License, but with the added perk of no restrictions on the quantity of items produced or the length of fabric you can create for resale.

✅ What you CAN DO:

• You have the non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the licensed material an unlimited number of times in any and all media for the commercial or personal purposes
• You may alter and create derivative works.
• You can use this pattern during the rights period, world wide.
• Use on business or personal social media accounts owned by the licensee with proper credits in the form of tags @lemfindesign
• 1 commercial social media account.
• 1 commercial Youtube channel.
• Personal or commercial logo.

 

❌ What you CANNOT DO:

• Sublicense, sell or rent any contents (or a modified version of them)
• Distribute Lemfin Design Studio contents unless it has been expressly authorized by Lemfin Design Studio
• Offer Lemfin Design Studio Contents designs (or modified Lemfin Design Contents versions) for download
• Upload the artwork to create or sell products on Print on Demand websites like Society6, Redbubble, Spoonflower, etc.
• Resell the artwork in digital format.
• Use Lemfin Design Studio artworks on Phone cases.

 

Premium License Design

Price: 180€ – 600€ ( The price varies based on whether the file is layered or flattened and its complexity)
